"Don't take your vehicle anywhere else. Outstanding service. I had scheduled a routine oil change/maintenance along with a transmission fluid change. While I was waiting for them to finish (in the very comfortable waiting room) the mechanic came into the waiting room and asked me if there had been a mistake regarding the transmission work. He informed me that it wasn't necessary for another 30,000 miles and confirmed with me in my owners manual, saving me a substantial chunk of change. That sort of customer care is simply unheard of nowadays. Have been a loyal customer for many years and will NEVER take my vehicle anywhere else. Have recommended Briggs to dozens of people and will continue to do so. Thanks for being a shining star in our community guys."

The invoice stated that the box and cables were to be cleaned and anti-corrosive spray applied. I dont know about the box and cables but there is virtually no indication that the anti-corrosive spray had been applied. I had the battery on my Camry replaced a few months ago and the posts and connections were saturated with purple compound. Not so in this case."
